Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products currently sold through Ever Blessing are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital music and audio downloads

  • PDF prayer journals

  • PDF gratitude journals

  • Digital devotionals

  • Printable resources

  • Digital guides and workbooks

  • Other downloadable digital content

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use or download a purchased digital product.

Please carefully review the product description and compatibility information, where applicable, before completing your purchase.

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR DOWNLOAD?

We want you to receive everything you purchased.

If you completed your purchase but did not receive your digital music, PDF journal, devotional, or other downloadable product, please first check your email inbox as well as your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to place your order

  • Your order number, if available

  • The name of the product you purchased

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and make every reasonable effort to help you access the digital product you purchased.

DOWNLOAD OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

If a file is corrupted, the download link does not work, you received the wrong digital file, or you experience another technical issue with your purchase, please email:

We will work with you to correct the issue and provide access to the product you purchased.

A technical or delivery issue does not automatically qualify for a refund when the issue can reasonably be corrected by replacing the file or restoring access.

DIGITAL MUSIC

All purchases of downloadable digital music are final.

Once digital music has been purchased and delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please confirm that your device supports the file format provided before purchasing.

DIGITAL JOURNALS & PDF PRODUCTS

All downloadable journals, devotionals, planners, workbooks, and other PDF products are final sale.

Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed, saved, or printed after purchase, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or there is an error with your transaction, please contact us at everblessingcompany@gmail.com.

PERSONAL USE

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, Ever Blessing digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal use only.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, share, or commercially exploit the product.
